Sorry I wasn't very clear, but I can't find the old version of the web-site by Zed Shaw. It was a free tutorial and it sounds like it was in the same format that the OP was looking for. I can find the current web-site for the paid course and book.
- brudgers 3y agoMy experience is Shaw adjusts availability of his work over time. Given the strong opinions the internet including HN, often expresses about him, I understand why he might choose to do so. He might as well get paid for suffering ad hominem I guess. And it’s entirely reasonable to reduce the attack surface.
- proamdev123 3y agoIt did used to be free. I used the site years ago for awhile before he announced that he was putting it behind a paywall (except for a few free chapters).
