That is okay, your libs can be uniquely named, and have unique symbols. I would echo the suggestions that you may be better off going for a byte code interpreter, at least as a first stage. If interpreting rules is expensive enough to worry about compiling then it’s probably expensive enough to be thinking about resource limits, interruption, and maybe profiling, and that stuff will be easier to experiment with if you have an interpreter.
