So removed are the "bosses" from real people that considering the reality of their subordinates is impossible and they need data. Do they not have relatives or say parents of their kids’ friends, who are workers and not at the top of the capitalist pyramid? Is it that hard to understand that once someone saw their job can be done remotely no problemo, they will have questions why they need to commute and report to the office simply because of management’s "lack of data"?
