It doesn't inspire much confidence that the TOS clarification had to come from some random reddit user because YNAB themselves were not very helpful when emailed.
- jackvalentine 3y agoOnly if you have inflated expectations for lvl1 support that aren’t met by any organisation in existance noting that we can’t see what the question the reddit poster asked support actually was. Just ‘asked for clarification’.
