I'd be happy if they just found a way to enforce quality control on their devices. The last high-end business class laptop I ordered never left memory training mode during boot right out of the box, and I had to RMA the whole thing. Surely they could have spent 5 minutes ensuring it was going to boot before shipping me a several thousand dollar device....
