I presume USD was the unofficial currency for large/important transactions already.
- secondcoming 3y agoAll the rich and powerful people in Argentina weren't earning in pesos, that's for sure.
- TMWNN 3y agoI would think so. In Uruguay, "As of August 2008 almost 60% of bank loans use United States dollars", Wikipedia says.
