- politelemon 3y agoI think this is the first explanation in a while that goes into why there's interest in wasm. In short it's for running on low powered devices and for running quickly and reducing overhead. That said, let's wait and see how it plays out once it becomes part of development workflows. The compliance and regulatory frameworks don't go away and take a while to catch up.
