I tell people that we do great work for its own sake; without parental affection; knowing that, brilliant or bogus, the underside of the bus beckons.
- adamc 3y agoWhen you see that people are going to get thrown under the bus, it is prudent to not be in the vicinity. You can't stop managers from doing it, but you can stop volunteering to be one of them.
