Why are they nerfing the uranium like that?
- Tuna-Fish 3y ago85% enriched is bomb material, and also dramatically more expensive than 20% enriched. No-one wants the extra work that dealing in bomb materials would involve.
- speed_spread 3y agoIs probably easier to control, reaching a sweet spot of complexity, ruggedness and lower weight of the overall propulsion system.
