Besides the decoration, notice how all the Chinese style mugs have lids on them, and the "English style" ones don't.
This seems to be a Southeast Asian thing, also seen for eg. in Korea.
- RugnirViking 3y agoKeeps it hot for longer. In UK we don't have them but it's considered bad manners to let your tea go cold.
