If she doesn't serve much if any time for this, she continues her career as an "expert" and that's not enough of a punishment. She's just as guilty as Sam Bankman-Fried. That she cooperated is irrelevant. That she plays dumb should make it worse for her. She will not be sentenced until the investigation is completed and her cooperation is no longer required.
