Texas questions rights of a fetus after prison guard who had stillborn baby sues
- manuelabeledo 3y agoAh, Texas, the place where every fetus is protected until they are born.
- londgine 3y agoNope, in Texas it is also illegal to murder a baby. In fact, murdering a baby is more illegal than killing a fetus.
- bratgpttamer 3y agoI think he's referring to children, not infants. In Texas, it's legal to kill anyone over the age of 13 - according to my cousin's neighbor's friend's girlfriend's friend who went to college with a guy who's now a lawyer in Texas, anyway.
- krapp 3y agoSorry, y'all got your cake with the Supreme Court repealing Roe v. Wade, now you have to eat it. In fact I hope you choke on it.
- jqpabc123 3y agoEvery fetus is *not* a baby. Not logically, medically, legally, scientifically or even religiously. And when push comes to shove, even hypocrits in Texas agree.
- bratgpttamer 3y agoCan we just settle this once and for all: a fetus is whatever is most profitable (or least expensive) in the given context.
