I feel for them. Groceries are prohibitively expensive right now.
I typically only eat one meal a day now or not at all.
My salary is on the higher end so I can't imagine what its like for those that are less fortunate.
- alistairSH 3y agoHigher end for a grad student? Or higher end like a FAANG engineer? Because “higher end salary” and “can only afford one meal/day” isn’t something you hear often.
- ikt 3y agoHe's on the higher end but is paying a mortgage on a million dollar house and has a 150k SUV sitting in the driveway, it's tough out there right now :P
