I think the best takeaway here is - don't hire until you absolutely have to.
- dclowd9901 3y agoI think that’s probably still reductive — in some environments (like a couple years ago), it was very hard for companies, especially startups, to lure in talent. Perhaps, though, if you only hire when you need, you can be more competitive with pay.
