So you have a 50/50 chance of being pulled over sober and having a "highly trained law enforcement officer" declare you high. I hope all cannabis related impaired charges resulting from field sobriety tests are invalidated on this basis, it's ridiculous.
- technion 3y agoWe just do saliva tests here in Australia. It's has its own set of problems but I cannot understand the position thats its better leaving things in the hands of a subjective test like this.
