I sort of agree with op. Whatever NSA did (doing?) certainly very disturbing and should be scrutinized. And I think the fact that Snowdlen revealed that definitely made things better. However, Snowden fleeing to russia (a 100% dictatorship country) that is doing things way worse than NSA, and then being silent about that makes him a hypocrite.
