Exactly, this just proves that there is no job that meets my definition of "freedom". My list was a direct response to: "If you want freedom, you don't need a business. Just a good enough day job.". That statement is flawed for my definition of "freedom".
Freedom, in my opinion, is what another commenter in this thread wrote:

- mattbrewsbytes 3y agoYou have FU money saved, or rather, enough where you could live in a mid-sized US city in perpetuity off the interest on $4.5m - assume 5% per year on that and its $225k without touching the base. You could literally quit and just start throwing spaghetti at the wall until you see what sticks (try 1 idea per month or two). You already have freedom sitting there.
