- skulk 3y agook, to anyone who isn't convinced by my (admittedly unsubstantive) comment, let's see where I'm coming from. The author, Christopher Rufo, has a pretty solid wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christopher_Rufo https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christopher_Rufo Let's check out the section on critical race theory: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christopher_Rufo#Critical_race_theory https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christopher_Rufo#Critical_race... > Rufo described his strategy to oppose critical race theory as intentionally using the term to conflate various race-related ideas in order to create a negative association. Rufo said that "[w]e will eventually turn [critical race theory] toxic, as we put all of the 'various cultural insanities' under that brand category. The goal is to have the public read something 'crazy' in the newspaper and immediately think 'critical race theory'." It doesn't matter which side of the political spectrum you're on. You should be able to see that this person is objectively not good for public discourse. Find someone else to reinforce your right-wing neoreactionary views.
