Author is calling for applying fuzzy logic in law? Or I missed the point?
- DangitBobby 3y agoThe point is judges should be in the habit of weighing perspectives and using nuance to reach a ruling instead of sticking to preconceived notions without bothering with the facts. Whether you think that's a fair criticism is another thing.
