I get 1 Gbit down and 500 mbit up and even in the worst signal rooms it only drops to 600 mbit down and 93 mbit up). Printers etc all work through wifi and backups are done to several redundant cloud services. No wires required, no expensive and energy guzzling servers needed, no patching or maintenance needed.
