If you're rich, you get a better car too. Not really the same thing. You don't have a constitutional right to fly on an airplane. You ARE supposed to be protected from unreasonable searches though. If $100 means that you no longer need to be frisked/scanned, when then that kinda proves that those are unreasonable searches, they certainly are unnecessary.
