Ha, bullshit. Someone decided they liked the Amiga and wanted to play with it. I am sympathetic!
- a-dub 3y agono that's actually true. in the mid 80s, it was the only personal computer that actually had preemptive multitasking built into the operating system. serial communications were interrupt driven which didn't lend itself well at all to cooperative multitasking schemes. (gotta service those buffers asap)
