I do understand how this is experimental, still:

> The seats of ZeroAvia’s test plane, a Dornier 228, were taken out to make room for the fuel cell propulsion system and the hydrogen tanks that power it.
it doesn't seem to me like it is on the right track for the expected 2025 commercial launch.
Unless they find a much more suitable "base" airplane to modify, or they have a (secret) brand new design almost ready for test flights.
