I'm confused. I skimmed/read it, but it seems like a guy with unusually healthy work boundaries describing his day. Where are the ten jobs? Even if he does work that many jobs, it's too specific to be interesting in general. He checks email twice a day and rarely has meetings. Most people couldn't find a single job with that limited team interaction, let alone ten.
