I agree that, on the face of it, it kinda sounds absurd, but the kernel doesn't seem to be worse off for it.

- warrenm 3y agothe kernel got more money dumped on it (even though the percentage dropped) And Linux as a whole seems to be doing quite well (even if Big Blue is doing its darndest to kill Red Hat)
