Western Digital, Synology NAS Vulnerabilities Exposed Millions of Users’ Files
- haswell 3y agoI love my Synology NAS, but this why I will never enable any features that allow external access, and use a private VPN for any remote needs. I understand why Synology makes these features: the average user isn't going to know how to deal with establishing tunnels. But I can't help but feel it's universally a bad idea. It's just a matter of time before something happens.
