- iinnPP 3y agoB.C. is British Columbia in Canada. Article is from our state sponsored media, which occasionally does some great consumer protection work. I assume the rest of your guess is correct though.

- iinnPP 3y agoMy view is that CBC receives more than just funding from our government. Bill C-18 being a prime example. Sorry to derail. I believe the context is important and not generally well-known.
