Trying to get fabulously wealthy is difficult enough; trying to do that while having a major impact on the world is even more difficult. Not saying his second act will necessarily be great, but at least he's got a platform to work from now.

What on earth gives you the impression that any second act Adam Neumann has will be good for anyone other than Adam Neumann, or that he cares about anything other than benefiting Adam Neumann as much as possible at any cost to others?
