The biggest challenges you faced when launching your product?
The biggest challenges you faced when launching your product?
Every product launch comes with its own unique challenges. The biggest one is managing expectations - both yours and those of others.
it's easy to get caught up in the launch excitement and to start dreaming of overnight success. reality, though, often looks different.
Building and launching a product is a process, a marathon, not a sprint. instant success is rare; most products need time to gain traction and grow.
Then there's the challenge of feedback. Launch day usually means a flood of comments, suggestions, and critiques. Some of it is invaluable, and some of it is noise.
Learning to discern between the two, to take what's useful and let the rest slide, is an art in itself.
And lastly, dealing with the post-lunch slump. After the initial rush, there's often a dip in energy and motivation. It's important to anticipate this and to have a plan for what comes next.
These challenges are tough but they are also growth opportunities. Each one teaches us something about our product, our audience, and ourselves.
Embrace the challenges, they are part of the journey.
- danielovichdk 3y agoThere is nothing difficult in building and releasing a product. But if you don't have any paying clients when you do, you will have spent your time very unwise. From there on you can either expect to close shop or get very very lucky. If you get very very lucky you will most likely need to redo most of what you already did. Building a product is not a marathon. It must be surgical precision work which in most cases will only cater to few, unless you made exactly what the lot wants. Build slow and sell before you build. By far the most software is either useless or too bloated for its price tag. But that's not really what you asked for. Dont build for scale. Make one human pay for what you have. That's your first assignment. From there try again.
