This is really funny. He is asking people to leave without promising them a job. What's the downside of leaving - Risking visa, income etc. What's the downside of not leaving - Cannot be hired at Yammer at some future point :) Who cares in this hot job market. Publicity stunts like this only fit Hollywood. Seems like we have a new culture in Silicon Valley.
