- slater 3y agoNice dodge, but just an example. Other examples would be the US president at the time suggesting using bleach.
- rlt 3y agoDude, keep these examples coming. I hate defending the guy, but regardless of how dumb it was he was obviously hypothesizing, never mentioned bleach, and outright said "it’d be interesting to check that, so that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me". No one injected bleach or other disinfectant based on these comments. > And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it’d be interesting to check that, so that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me. So, we’ll see, but the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute. That’s pretty powerful." I'm surprised you haven't mentioned hydroxychloroquine. There was that one case of someone dying after consuming fish tank cleaner. I'm not denying some people died because of misinformation or their own stubborn biases, but the level to which people like yourself created your own misinformation, demonized people, built up straw men / caricatures was insane. Maybe it could be forgiven in the fog of war, but to double down and continue doing it at this point warrants some serious self-reflection.
