It is a description of an interesting project, but I don't see any source or binaries to download. (Please correct me if I am wrong!) The name is trademarked, and the latest update is about getting a patent (2019). I would love to play with software implementing this idea, especially if it let me build custom modules, but I am not optimistic about this specific project.
