You give an "average rating" of 4.8 with "500+ five star reviews", but Apple says 4.5 with 173 total ratings, and Android says 4.3 with 205 total ratings. Which sure makes it look like your average is not 4.8, nor have you received 500+ ratings at all, let alone 500+ five star ratings.
- georgewangsf 3y agoRyan, I believe the discrepancy here boils down to 2 things. (1) We have a lot of users outside of the US and the stats you're looking at are only for the US App Store/Play Store, and (2) We've had several product updates including a re-branding which "resets" ratings. The ratings you see are the ratings for the current version of the app.
