I just realised that Twitter's new logo is a unicode symbol. With that in place - can one trademark a unicode symbol?

- NoZebra120vClip 3y agoCertainly can trademark any single letter. Honda and Hyundai manage to coexist in the same industry with different stylized "H" on the hood. Motorola has its "M", and Yahoo! has its "Y!". Facebook. Pinterest. McDonald's. Anyone and everyone can trademark letters. No problem. Now ask us about copyright.
