The Moscow Times is a western propaganda source as well. It's main office is in Amsterdam, not in Moscow. The only difference is that it is directed mainly to the English speaking expats living in Russia. So amount of confabulations is probably 10-20% lower than in the Western domestic propaganda, because expats can see with their own eyes that we're not eating hedgehogs, for example.
