I expected to see a little bit about why it’s the most beautiful program ever written; the link to the primary source is a Meetup page, and the presentation was on “a Lisp interpreter written in Lisp---and a few of the many amazing ideas related to this metacircular interpreter”. That’s as much as I could glean.
Interesting? Sure. Due to the abstract nature of software, there are many dimensions on which a program’s beauty could be evaluated. It’s unclear to me that there can even be one “most beautiful” program above all others.
Personally, though, I’d go for something that solves some concrete human problem, with code a layman could understand that is simply well factored and formatted, and contains at least one ascii diagram in a comment block.
