So he worked all the time but only did busywork one day a week. Which coincided with him being super productive. How do that surprising at all?
- beezlewax 3y agoThis right here is the best take here - half of the work I do as a software dev is explaining what I'm doing to other people, raising tickets dealing with pipeline woes and infra problems and everything but writing code. Now code is not the only part of being a dev but it's hard to feel productive sat in some agile retro or whatever.
