If I were British I would question what our nation's sovereignty actually means. It's not like this kid killed an american and fled back to the UK. Personally, I would like to see a law that says we will never extradite someone to a country where they could face a harsher penalty than they would at home for the same crime. If nationality can't offer you at least that, what is it actually buying me?
