I agree with this. But NVDA has captured enough of a market that it's a pretty good testing tool for web devs. VoiceOver is still a rather messy thing, and Narrator hasn't seen much development in like a year or two, so I guess Microsoft is just handing it all to NVDA. After all, they test VS Code with NVDA, not Narrator. :)
