- jakobnissen 3y agoTIOBE is close to useless as a rating. Nonetheless, it wouldn't surprise me if Julia's popularity climbs slowly. Julia had (and has) significant usability issues at launch which are not determined by the language design. Hence, its usability improves quite a lot over time.
