Is there ever an instance of this happening?
Seems to me the issue veers into ptsd/trauma territory if one somehow finds themselves incapable of feeding themselves. Anxiety is an almost banal way to describe it, and I've had an anxiety attack.

- slothtrop 3y ago> your question betrays a level of callousness unworthy of a human being It's not rhetorical, but your feeble projection onto others tells me a lot about you. Yes, how dare one question a person talking out of their ass, only a monster could do that. > kurt goedel Refused to eat food not prepared by his late wife. Obsessive irrational fear is not merely tantamount to "anxiety". Touch grass and take a break from the internet. You might catch a dose of anxiety.

- slothtrop 3y agoYou respond to my reaction yet not the one who projected "callousness unworthy of a human being". I can't take your criticism seriously.
- dredmorbius 3y agoBoth criticisms may be fair. And the HN guidelines stand regardless.
