They cannot be, because all browsers on iOS are reskinned Safari (due to Apple's App Store policies), and Safari is not on Android.

- mcny 3y agoGood point, I was using Firefox on both but as you said Firefox on iOS is just Safari. To be fair to Mozilla, I am running Firefox nightly on Android.
