Not only is that number wrong, you're also ignoring the myriad ways prisoners are monetized. It's not strictly a privatized prisons game.
- 20after4 3y agoLike the price of phone calls, mail, and even water. It's all absolutely criminally exploitative and government gets a cut of those private contractor's profits.
