It doesn't surprise me, but it's nice to have a word for it. Pros: seen as diplomatic, pragmatic, open-minded. Cons: seen as indecisive, not standing up for what I "believe" in, unreliable. Edit: just realized the above would be characteristic of this as well, and that I might have scored lower if I had a higher need for closure. For example, my first thought was to pick 1 (strongly disagree) on "I believe that orderliness and organization are among the most important characteristics of a good student", but then thought of the stereotypical "good student" and had to pick a higher number.
