So if no ones been doing work for 3 years and these companies are cracking out record profits, wouldn't it be the logical thing for the C suite to just fire eve

So if no ones been doing work for 3 years and these companies are cracking out record profits, wouldn't it be the logical thing for the C suite to just fire everyone in the company, ride like 12 more quarters of amazing results and then just hire back a new workforce. Btw, I know this is about real estate. It's happening to me too.
