I agree, and I almost closed the program when it started for the first time, showing me a pop-up telling me how I "rock" for using it, asking me to star or donate, a YouTube link for a tutorial, etc. I prefer my programs to be silent and invisible, and I have a low tolerance for programs that advertise themselves. But once closed, I was not bothered again. The program itself feels great, like it could become a daily tool.
