WFH is here to stay and I really wish companies like business insider would stop trying to pretend otherwise. The cat is out of the bag.
Small, innovative startups that don’t care about the corporate bullshit will always use it as a strong lever that FAANG may or may not be willing to pull. I’ve now worked at 2 startups over the past 4 years who were remote-first culture, and probably 80% FAANG salary. Easy decision for me.
