(which, when you consider the ceos…) one year of ceo pay is enough to retire from the shit job. why come back? so ceos must also typically be driven by absurd dollar amounts. which, given finite life spans, the ceo would never be able to spend it all. so why would a ceo accept a multi year deal for more money than god? that’s right. ceos are suckers.
