Oh, they're no arbiters of goodness or anything. I'm not trying to suggest they are. I am merely asking / theorizing that the slowdown in production on the 4-series is not hostile or anti-consumer any more than any other company winding down their production of previous generation inventory as they shift to their soon to be released generation.
