I know there are various "support/tool/components" that go into Podman, some can be swapped out such as the container runtime, some can't so much (afaik) such as the build tool or container network creator, but those don't really seem part of the RH ecosystem besides maybe RH employing some of the devs - which is maybe enough for it to qualify I guess?
